I will gladly accept refunds within 14 days of your purchase. After 14 days, NO REFUNDS are available, but I will accept feedback to help better my knowledge of my customer's needs.
Your refunded product must be returned exactly as purchased. I will never sell you a worn or damaged product. And I will not refund products that have been worn and damaged by the purchaser.
I use the highest quality leather, and I handpick and trim each feather to insure quality and beauty.
If you have sensitive ears, I will gladly replace your earring backs with either sterling silver, or gold plated backs upon request by email.
If you have any allergens related to feathers such as, peacock, pheasant, turkey etc., copper, leather, acrylic paint, nickel, or any supply used to create a purchased art, I am not responsible for any breakouts you may have after your purchase. I will try to list all materials used in each description of each product.
I will never see, or receive your credit card information; all of your purchases are secured through either pay pal or Google checkout.
